When an invoice currency differs from the transaction currency, we look up historical exchange rates and apply a tolerance window to account for bank fees and spread. If your bank stores the original foreign currency amount, we check that too for extra accuracy. OFX files often include exchange rate data directly in the dataset, further improving matching accuracy.

Only high-confidence matches are auto-assigned. Medium and ambiguous matches are placed into a review queue where your team can approve, reassign, or reject them. This keeps your books accurate while still saving you the bulk of manual work.

All data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Files are encrypted at rest and all traffic is encrypted in transit. AI extraction runs entirely on EU-based services in France. Only the minimum required text is sent, with no permanent retention. We're fully GDPR compliant.
