1. Scope
These terms govern your use of invoice-matcher.io, a service provided by MATO Solutions GmbH, c/o Impact Hub Vienna, Lindengasse 56, 1070 Wien, Austria ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
invoice-matcher.io provides AI-powered invoice matching. You upload invoices and bank transaction data; our system extracts data via OCR and AI, and matches invoices to transactions. The service is provided as-is. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
3. Account and access
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans and billing
We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel paid plans at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload malicious files or content; attempt to reverse-engineer the service; use the service for illegal purposes; exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means; resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via email. Response times depend on your plan.
8. Liability
invoice-matcher.io is a matching tool. It does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on matching results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is Vienna, Austria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
